By accessing or using our website located at titanink-jet.com (the “Site”) and purchasing compatible inkjet and laser toner cartridges or related products (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or making a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or purchasing Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We may update or change these Terms from time to time, and we encourage you to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our Site and purchase Products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Information

All Products are compatible (non-OEM) cartridges and are not manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer. We make no claims that our Products are original manufacturer-branded or affiliated with such brands. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.

4. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or availability. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout.

5. Payment and Billing

We accept Visa and Mastercard. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer Purolator standard ground shipping, which is displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery times are only estimates and may vary based on your location and circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss for Products transfers to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a return policy on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns must meet the requirements set forth in our Return Policy, which is available at the bottom of this page. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable time frame after processing the return.

8. Product Warranty and Disclaimer

Our Products come with a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications.

Disclaimer

We provide all Products on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of our Products is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall titanink-jet.com, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Products, including but not limited to damages for loss of data or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to titanink-jet.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Return and Refund Policy

At titanink-jet.com , we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our compatible inkjet and laser toner cartridges. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Product Condition: Returns are accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
Timeframe: Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return.
Clearance or sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at titaninkjetinfo@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Package the Items: Ensure that the items are securely packaged in their original packaging.
Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defective items.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
